How to prepare for Duriel boss fight in Diablo 4

Since Duriel is a difficult boss fight, we recommend that you upgrade your armor and ensure that your gear isn’t damaged in Diablo 4. Duriel uses poison attacks, so it will come in handy to keep a few elixirs on you to resist poison effects.

Duriel will use his big pincers to try to stab you from the front so the best way to attack him is to land a few hits beneath and around him. He will try to melee you with a claw attack, and you’ll need to be ready to dodge this attack. This is made easier when you use your horse to boost mobility.

The Lord of Pain will also dig holes and then appear out of them at different sides of the area. So, you’ll need to make sure that you carefully plan and land your shots before he moves again. Keep hitting from the sides or underneath until he’s down.
